You have nominated multiple rooms; please note that the arrival/departure dates and payment details must be the same for all rooms. If these details are different, please consider separate bookings.


140 Little Collins Apartment Hotel provides immediate confirmations for bookings made on the website.

To make a reservation please enter the relevant details in the "Availability & Bookings" section above and then click the "book" button.  All of the available apartments and rates will be visible for you to select.


Website Terms & Conditions:


1.   Confirming bookings

The first night's accommodation cost will be taken at time of booking from the credit card supplied, with the balance payable on Check-in.  The credit card must be in the same name as the reservation holder.  You will be required to provide photo ID and your credit card for a pre-authorisation of $300 upon arrival to cover any incidentals.  Please be advised that credit card payments will attract a non-refundable surcharge:  Visa and Mastercard 1.5% and Diners and Amex 3%.

Variations to this will apply during peak event periods*:  For reservations during peak event periods, the first night's accommodation cost will be taken at time of booking from the credit card supplied, with full payment being taken 14 days prior to arrival.  A pre-authorisation of $500 is required at check-in.


2.   Cancellations

A cancellation fee of one night's accommodation will apply to any booking cancelled within 48 hours of arrival date.  Any cancellation fee will automatically be charged to the credit card provided for confirmation or deducted from the reservation deposit.

An administration fee of $50.00 will be charged to any reservation cancelled more than 48 hours prior to arrival date.

For reservations during peak event periods*:  A cancellation fee of one night's accommodation will apply to any booking cancelled between 14 days and 48 hours of arrival date.  Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of arrival date are fully non-refundable.


3.   Checking in

Upon arrival, each guest will be required to sign a registration form, and accept the terms and conditions therein for his/her stay.  Check-in time is 2pm unless otherwise arranged with property.


4.   Payment

Payment by Visa and Mastercard will incur a 1.5% non-refundable Surcharge.

Payment by Amex and Diners will incur a 3% non-refundable Surcharge.

For alternative Credit Card arrangements please contact the property.

A valid credit card must be presented by the card holder at check-in for a $300 Pre-authorisation/Bond

Unused funds from pre-authorisations will clear within 5-7 working days. 


5.   Dynamic Pricing

Prices/quotations are subject to change without notice and will not be guaranteed until payment has been processed and you have received formal confirmation of your booking from us via email, SMS or letter.  A dynamic pricing structure is in operation, tariffs change regularly according to occupancy.  If a lower tariff is listed than previously booked we unfortunately cannot amend the tariffs charged after a booking confirmation has been issued.


Requests (such as floor numbers, early check-in, late check-out, Balcony apartments) will be considered, but cannot be guaranteed.

Please note prices listed are valid at time of booking, only for that booking and are subject to change without notice.

Rates displayed are the lowest available, inclusive of GST and are in Australian Dollars (AUD)


* Peak Event Periods:
